Our stay at Boulevard North Holiday was exceptional. The team communicated with us effectively, even guiding us for an out of hours check-in. The location was perfect, just a short walk to restaurants, across the road from the beach, and near train and bus stops. The staff were incredibly helpful, answering all our queries. The apartment was immaculately clean and tidy, and the kitchen had everything we needed for self-catering.

The bull dozer came in early one morning and ripped the front of the buildingThe jack hammer then started yp for the rest of the day. No prior warning from hotel management which would allowed for forward planning!

Amazing location near the mall and boardwalk, with beautiful beach views. The spacious and clean two-bedroom apartment had everything we needed. Comfy beds and extra blankets for chilly nights. The pool, spa, and tennis court were fantastic, with clean gardens and a lovely grassed area. The managers were friendly and helpful. The view from the balcony was jaw-dropping. Quiet location with secure and convenient parking. Easy walking distance to Broadbeach restaurant strip. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

They were only a short bus ride away from the theme parks and family attractions. We even got to play tennis and let me tell you, we felt like pro athletes out there. It was epic!

One thing we wished for was a better nightlife scene. We wanted to party and have a wild time, but there weren't many options nearby.

We loved our stay here! The hotel is very close to the beach and we had a great view of the water from our balcony. The location is also very handy to shops and supermarkets, making it easy to grab any essentials we needed. We found the hotel facilities to be very clean and well maintained. The staff were also very welcoming and provided us with plenty of helpful information about the local area.

Great value next to the beach in the best part of the gold coast.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! the location was absolutely amazing. It was just a short stroll to everything and the beach was conveniently located just across the road. The views from the rooms were breathtaking, especially during the evening light show towards the west. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with two bathrooms which were perfect for the warm Gold Coast climate. The cleanliness of the entire unit was impeccable, and I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the cupboards in the bathroom. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, particularly Jai who greeted us at check-in. this hotel provided great value for money and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Great ocean view from the room and awesome location near shops and restaurants. Walking distance to public transportation. Enjoyed the modern and well-equipped kitchen.

Christmas was ruined by poor check-in experience. Office closed on time and had to call to get direction on key location.

Rooms were very tired, paint peeling, etc.

Didn't feel the room was up to standard for the price lots of things didn't work needed to be updated badly

The seaview from my apartment at Boulevard North Holiday was absolutely breathtaking. I had not one, but three balconies to enjoy the stunning scenery. The location was also perfect, with shopping centers and other amenities nearby. The apartment itself had everything I needed, and I felt extremely comfortable throughout my stay.

Great views, clean, good parking, good comfort, met our expectations from information provided.

It was very disappointing to have construction/maintenance work being conducted on the floor above, After a call to reception on the 1st morning...we were under the impression it would not go on to long....many days after we had grinding/drilling screeching sounds...we had to leave the apartment on six separate occasions. This was not the holiday we were expecting and I am very disappointed ....we could have complained further but did not want to ruin our holiday completely by being forced to move. We stayed on floor 16 apartment 48, fantastic apartment but we suffered ..I have stayed at many apartments around the gold coast and cannot understand why there was no pre warning of these works being undertaken. We fully understand that works need to be done at some points of time but explanation would have been a benefit.

We booked a superior 2 bedroom apartment. The condition of the apartment was most disappointing.
